Buying a car was never got easier... I had no credit.. better yet my credit was beat.. 2 repos and a bankruptcy and i was never gonna get financed to save my life! Soi called they said a few things, told me to come on down.. same old song and dance but it was Best experience I have ever Had!! I came in desperate.. The finance directer asked me to be fair and he would be fair in return.. so we looked at realistic options and we agreed on 2004 for Explorer and it drove very nice... their were a few issues but they took care of everything within good timing.. I spoke to Alan in regards to my service appointments and he said to come in within 2 days and everything will be taken care of.. and I understand the timing .. It's not like they have a mechanic on site or if they built the cars themselves.. So overall I was sooo happy with the purchase and I was soo pleaseded! Alan And roberto were The Best!

One of the best experiences I've ever had.. 04 Ford Mustang. with the Rouch Package..
The vehicle is a dream. So happy with the financing and the pricing.. Nothing Like it! Alan And Roberto did all they can to help. My credit was shot. A repo a year ago and a forclosure 2 years ago.. and The finance director Alan kept saying" Don't worry, It's not a problem".. He then got on the phone with the banks and did his thing he was moving very fast and he still had enough time to explain everything he was doing so I was apart of the sale.. Felt great! Thanks again Guarantee Automaxx!!! You guys were great!!!

THIS IS WHAT CAR BUYING SHOULD BE! I got the car I wanted, a 2006 Cadillac STS, for a GREAT price! I have purchased many cars and this was by far the best car-buying experience ever! Absolutely no stress and no pressure. The salespeople were courteous, helpful, attentive accommodating and responsive. Whenever I called with a question they would call me back literally within minutes! Guarantee Automaxx delivered in everyway on everything! I love my new car! (I get compliments on it almost everyday!) I will definitely refer friends and relatives to Guarantee Automaxx. Thank you. You guys are GREAT!
